The Drummond Group, Inc. oversaw the construction management of the Hungry Owl Restaurant.  The Drummond Group provided practical insight into all aspects of the building process to determine the true cost of the project.

The Hungry Owl occupies approximately 6200 sf and a retail tenant occupies 2500 sf.  The project is located in the rapidly growing corridor of Schillinger/Cottage Hill Rd.  Due to the exceptional traffic count and proximity to residential developments the tenants continue to flourish.  The building sits on the last available outparcel at the Winn Dixie Shopping Center on Schillinger Road.
