In October 2006, investors acquired 225 Dauphin Street in downtown Mobile, AL. The property consisted of a 3 story microbrewery and restaurant.

In 2006-2007, the partners completed a mild renovation of the asset in order to improve its aesthetics in the marketplace. Following completion of this work, Hurricane Brewery opened their doors.  In January 2010, Hurricane Brewing closed and the original investment group sold to the brewery owner.

By the fall of 2010, the property owner retained The Drummond Group, Inc. once again in regard to construction management of 225 Dauphin Street.  The brewing equipment was sold and the building was re-purposed for restaurant on the ground floor with offices on the second/third floors.  The Drummond Group, Inc. secured a long term lease with a restaurant in the fall of 2011 and then leased half of the second floor to a marketing firm in August of 2012.  In August of 2013, The Drummond Group, Inc. moved its corporate offices to the third floor.

225 Dauphin Street is practically located in the center of downtown Mobile.  Significant private and local public investments in the area immediately surrounding 225 Dauphin Street include the Saenger Theater and the Cathedral.
