Laughlin Industrial Park is the winning outcome of 47.5 acres.  Developed by The Drummond Group, Inc. the park transformed a timberland site along I-10 into an updated commercial /industrial park marked by outstanding design and new efficient warehousing.

Warehousing features include 24’ eaves, truck docks, block, brick or glass facades, yard area, single or multitenant use, and energy efficiency. The park also boasts 1,800' frontage on Interstate 10. Laughlin is 2.5 miles from the Interstate 10/Rangeline Road interchange and 3.5 miles from the Interstate 65/Government Boulevard interchange.
