In 2005, Drummond Investment Corporation, Inc. developed Landmark Industrial Park.  The firm assembled two adjoining parcels, under different ownership, to develop the park of 17.75 acres.  The property has approximately 584’ on I-10.

Because of the tight schedule to undertake the development, Drummond assembled a multi-disciplinary team to tackle the physical, economic, and development conditions at the sites. The team recognized that qualities of both sites to attract various standard industrial uses, as well as new and nascent businesses. The team was managed by Drummond Investment Corporation, which drove the issues about phasing, development, financing and structures to leverage investment and maximize private interest. The approach included identifying and analyzing catalytic projects to trigger market attention, attraction and retention.  Landmark Industrial Park sold out of lots within 18 months.
