The O’Gwynn Condominiums in downtown Mobile, completed in 2008, consist of 10 units in one two-story historic structure originally built at the turn of the century. The project incorporates a creative design by making the building look like a more modern structure via the balconies. Architectural elements from the surrounding neighborhood were included in the design prepared by Gulf States Engineering.

The property is zoned B-4 which allows for mixed use.  Three of the 5 units on the second floor boast balconies which overlook the Mardi Gras Parade route.  Three of the 5 units on the ground floor open up to the parade route as well.  The condominiums are also within walking distance of restaurants, hotels, the IMAX Theater, and museum.
