In 2007, The Drummond Group, Inc. developed a 21,000 square foot speculative office/warehouse to utilize the Gulf Opportunity Zone accelerated depreciation. This was the second warehouse The Drummond Group, Inc. developed to take advantage of the Go Zone opportunity.  The multitenant warehouse was constructed on 3 acres in Landmark Industrial Park, which was The Drummond Group, Inc.’s first industrial park development.

Located off Halls Mill Rd, the warehouse is in close proximity to the I-10/I-65 junction.

One of the 5,250 square foot spaces was leased before the project was completed to an international credit tenant.  Since that time, the property has had two major GSA tenants and two credit industrial supply companies.
